Ok here is day 8 of the refeeding process. Still mostly raw fruit and veggies (I crave these!) and am slowly phasing in a bite of grilled chicken here and there... also indulged in some vanilla yogurt for dessert last night. I hear it's good for digestion.
I still work out and have upped it to an hour of cardio in the morning (about to go for a run with my dog) and then 30 minutes of light effort exercise on my stationary bike in the evenings while I watch tv. So much energy to burn off!!
My weight is fluctuating just a little between 172 and 175 pounds. I have not had a big gain since I broke which I find odd. :/ I expected at least a 5 pound gain ya know?
