HIV/ lymphoma help needed fast!!

Hello. I just posted on earthclinic as well looking for advice. I have been HIV positive for 3 years.. I never took arvs mainly due to non insurance/ denial etc... To make a long story short I have now developed lymphoma which is common in HIV when the tcell count gets below 200. Now I have no idea what to do.. Will I have to go on HIV mess.. Will I have to do chemo.. Staying away from HIV meds was was I wanted to do bow I seem to have made the situation worse to have to do both meds and chemo to beat this.. Is there anyway around this to battle both of these at once and clear them out.. At least the cancer? Honestly the HIV wasn't giving me much trouble up until now..
