You need to see John Parks Trowbridge or another environmental doctor specialized in the yeast syndrome. Because you had accutane your symptoms make me think you have chronic candidiasis or that chronic candidasis is a big factor behind your illness. You need proper treatment and and it takes many months or few years to get rid of it.
Don't end your life it is curable but the first thing to do is to see doctor Trowbridge or other similar environmental doctor specialized in yeast syndrom treatment. I strongly recommend Dr Dr Trowbridge though. Naturopathic won't help you much. You need a real treatment plan and to be followed by an expert. The best thing to do is to seek help and stop wasting your money on stuff that will not help you.
