WHere is the least $

I had pitted enamel from childhood, therefore all teeth filled by age 17, 10 root canals, all infected, redone over and over. I have been sick, digestive quit at 21 yrs 1977. Learned holistic, but didn't learn about amalgams/ root canals until too late. I read a lot, but I guess I was learning about how to stay alive instead of what was the root cause. I have used so many holistic therapies, can't list them all. But now, age 56,I've got a golf-ball sized lump in my rt breast. I have been in high gear, kept it stable for 1 yrs, but all the alt cancer therapies have just kept it the same. actually, its bigger, so I guess I better hurry. I got a great price from a great dentist, but it would wipe out my savings & leave me with nothing to rebuild my health. I have considered moving to another country, especially since S.510 has been passed, maybe somewhere where they just call it "food". Does anyone know of another country where I can get this surgery done for less? I will need to keep up my therapies..I still have to detox for mercury, I'm sure I'm full of it. I'm working on getting DMPS. Dr. Buttar says that if you have a hair analysis and it shows NO heavy metals, you are probably a "non-excretor"-someone whose liver lacks enzymes to remove the heavy metals. How can I find this a good cavitation surgeon internationally?
