I had pitted enamel from childhood, therefore all teeth filled by age 17, 10 root canals, all infected, redone over and over. I have been sick, digestive quit at 21 yrs 1977. Not sure if you read previous posts about Dr. Frank Jerome in Columbus Indiana or not, but he is the guy I would recommend if you are on a budget as his prices I believe are some of the lowest for both cavitation surgery ($350) and Amalgam removal. I'd give he and his wife a call and see what they have to say. You might have to make a couple trips to get everything done but it would probably still cost you a fraction of the cost of going to one of the others who are charging upwards of $1,500 per cavitation site.
