Re: Home-made ginger beer.

hey Spud, here is the recipe for ginger beer using the "ginger bug". I LOVE Sandor Katz'a book "wild fermentation"
which really got me going with kimchi and all sorts of cultured veg. This, in my honest vision, is the way the world is going. We CAN eat, and do well, without fridges, without kitchens even.

about the water fasting--I also water fasted a few times
when I didn't have food. Once as a teen, and then I was so hungry was prepared to eat green blackberries. Did actually. But a Water Fast undertaken as a joy and as therapeutic is another thing entirely.

How wonderful, about the monks. So happy you shared that! They of course were owed nothing, but gratitude is what feeds us all, isn't it? Now you are feeding many people, this way..

very happy to call you a friend.

PS: "flog", don't you loveit ??? I think I want a flog. :-)
