it might be a mental thing do you feel nervous round people, especially the opposite sex - because getting it in ure groin area is like a direct dont come near me in that way
louise hay book says cause for Body Odor is fear, dislike of yourself, and fear of other people
and the mindset you need to change to is i love and accept myself and i feel safe
mainly its mindset and diet i think
have you thought about fasting or made any changes in your diet to experiment?
also you could try cold bathing, sitz baths i find that really helpful
