Let's say...
that one has resolved nearly all of their ails save for aging, and perhaps, one or two nagging issues related to aging.
For instance,
Arthritis is one of those issues that has plagued man in his later years since the beginning of time - normal wear and tear on the joints... NOT
Rheumatoid Arthritis , which is something else altogether.
Given that our world is polluted with all manner of carcinogenic, metabolic disruptor's that continually break us down...
The question:
*****what *whole* foods... actually greatly improve or enhance normal cellular growth and replacement?*****
A few off of the top of my head are whole, raw, fermented\cultured foods, raw dairy products, particularly colostrum, or a non-denatured whole whey, and raw (and less so cooked) liver.
NOTE to any newbies here... I ALWAYS insist on the very best, highest quality foods you can get your hands on and afford, period... that also means that ANY animal products are from humanely raised, treated, free range, grass fed, etc. sources.
That does not mean they are as good as they could be, however, we all do the best we can, with a good attitude and mental\spiritual outlook, and that is all we can do.
Granted, any one of those that I have listed to start this off may not be for everyone.
Some people also believe that bee pollen and antler velvet are cellular builders, immune strengthening, and beneficial hormone modulators... still ironing those out for myself.
