Not sure if you got an answer yet or tried home made kefir. The good thing is that you can flavor it any way you please, or just mix with fruit. I would recommend the natural home grown kefir, totally natural, 1.5 trillion active bacteria/yeast per cup more or less and kept my intestinal tract intact after 17 straight days of Vancomycin and Bactrim.
