Commercial Kefir Bacteria Question

In my quest to naturally reduce ongoing hypertension, I came across this: “It seems kefir fermented milk produced by 2 bacteria Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus SS1 and Lactococcus lactis subspecies cremoris FT4 contain angiotensin-I-converting-enzyme (ACE)-inhibitory peptides.” Currently on a beta-blocker because the ACE-inhibitor gave me a dry cough. So thought maybe a natural source would be different than the Rx counterpart, so would like to try.
The dilemma is that the local store sells Lifeway Kefir (good taste) but does not list the two bacteria mentioned above.
What kinds of bacteria (probiotics) are in Lifeway kefir?
All Lifeway products contain seven to ten billion CFU's of the following 12 live & active Kefir cultures per cup
• Lactobacillius Lactis
• Lactobacillus Rhamnosus
• Streptococcus Diacetylactis
• Lactobacillus Plantarum
• Lactobacillius Casei
• Saccharomyces Florentinus
• Leuconostoc Cremoris
• Bifidobacterium Longum
• Bifidobacterium Breve
• Lactobacillus Acidophilus
• Bifidobacterium lactis HN019
• Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM

However the Evolve Kefir product does contain the two strains but is not sold in my area
So, it appears that not all kefir products are alike, or are they?
And if I was to buy the grains, would they contain the strains I am looking for?
I am not sure I can handle the taste of home-made. Took a while just to acquire the taste of yogurt.

Thanks,
