listen, go easy on yourself. That is, don't try to be too rigid in your "water plan". One way a new water faster can make themselves miserable is by getting stuck in depriving themselves. Usually day three might kick up some chatter about how a person needs food, deserves it, and so forth. Ignore than nonsense, but don't try to battle it--just love it away. And enjoy some water. :-) Boiled and hot to sip on is a nice change, when you feel like you need 'something'.
