Thanks for this info, this may explain why my health has also dramatically improved with the inclusion of apple cider vinegar. I used to used it for liver cleansing, and had not done so for years. With my dire health in the past 12months, I thought the inclusion of it into my regime couldn't hurt, especially with my digestion. Now I take 5-15mls a day after meals, but I began the regime with 5mls first thing in the morning mixed with water. It may not be for everyone but along with my other staples- coconut water, licorice tea, and ginseng (plus seaweed or and a spirulina, wheatgrass and algae mix for a boost), I feel it has brought some normality back into my life. Thanks so much for this info, I had suspected that bile played a part in my previous ill health!
