I haven't exercised, but I am thinkng of doing some light yoga and stationary biking in a week or so..I know what you mean about the temptations, but it's really only the first 5 days, and I am stretching it.If you make it till that point, you are on your way towards success.I beleive we can do it, it's like a battle with your "vices".I also used an enema on my first day.Good luck again and happy fasting.
