I have seen a lot of research on the actual herb sutherlandia over the years and it looks really great.  I even bought seeds a few years back and tried to grow it.  The seeds never sprouted though.  Sutherlandia can be added though without an issue.

Sutherlandia OPC though adds an oleander extract, which I personally do not like or recommend.  There are so many safer herbs out there that do the same thing as oleander extract is touted to do.  And unlike oleander they do not need to be heavily processed to render them non-toxic.
