Many times a day?

It is going to depend in part on how the herbs come.  Powders, capsules, tinctures, standardized or not.  Bulk powders are the best so you can make your own blend.  If you go this way blend the chaparral, pau d' arco and andrographis together in equal amounts by weight.  For example one ounce of each.  It is going to taste pretty nasty so you may want to capsule this.  You can buy empty capsules at the health food store.  Just make a little pile of powder then open a capsule.  Face the open part of the long end of the capsule towards the pile of powder and tap it in to the powder.  This will fill and pack the capsule at the same time.  Then put the small end back on to the capsule.  Once you get the hang of it filling the capsules is easy and you can do a week's supply in 10 minutes.  I find this faster and easier than capsule machines.  Anyway, the capsules come in different sizes.  If you use 'O' capsules then the recommended use is 3 capsules 3 to 4 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals.  If using 'OO' capsules then the recommended use would be 2 capsules 3 to 4 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals.  Make sure she also drinks plenty of mineralized water, such as spring water, throughout the day.

Will it possibly turn it around?

Yes.  I have seen multiple cases of leukemias and lymphomas as well as HIV cases turn around, responding in days.  The HIV virus is also a leukemia/lymphoma virus.  People generally see results within the first week and the problem is usually cleared up within a couple of months.  With the metastases, especially to the brain, this can take longer.  Very few things cross the blood-brain barrier.  If you can get access to ozone she can do the ozone through ear insufflation to reach any cancer cells in the brain.

The key though is being consistent.  Don't skip doses or days.
