You are doing water or juice fasting? Water 30 days could take off 40 pounds. Juice take a lot longer to take off same maybe double what water takes.
Advice exercise 5x week aerobics for 30 minutes or so mostly walking dont' try to go too fast. I woudldn't do weights on water.
Juice could do both weights 3x week or so and aerobics 5x week. And would.
Other tips stay hydrated especially on water I drink 8 to 10 a day,bad things start to happen if go much under that or dont drink it thruout day. I don't sip it though just guzzle it down. I am not big fan of water.
Also I took green tea capsules 6 a day at start and about 3 a day now. 1/2 cup equivalent per cap.
I drink the odd diet drink not pop but usually zero calorie water, the odd
Sugar free mint. I have even had zero jello once or twice but it was pretty bad tasting.
And at beginning had some
Sugar free gum.
many drink coffee or tea again recommended with no calorie sweetner your juice.
First couple days are hardest then gets much easier to resist food. I am on day 29 today you can read my thread on here.
Best wishes on the fast. And listen to your body. You may want to do say a few 21 day fasts then go for really long one. 30 days is pretty darn long and really really sick of this fast. I want to go 40 since have so much to lose still and think will. After refeeding plan to go on eat stop eat plan..they have website and then after month or so of that will maybe do another
Water Fast hopefully shorter like 21 or 30 day max. I want to be around 160 but 180 would be not bad.
