Have you tried avoiding sugars, even too much fruit? You mentioned "juicing"...some people with candida cannot drink much fruit juice because of the concentrated fructose.

You'll see different opinions on it of course, but it may be worth a trial of a week or so, of limiting all sweets. Making the only fruit you eat be small amounts of tart fruit (like granny apple, or raspberries), and none of the sweeter types. And of course at the same time avoid other sweeteners, except the very few that seem to be candida-safe, (stevia and possibly xylitol).

I have bad reactions to enzymes and probiotics too, but can handle more of them when I'm VERY low Sugar in my diet.
