Allergic to enzymes an probiotics...

I feel I can't eat or take anything anymore. My body isn't absorbing food properly or liquid.

I'm very very thirsty constantly an always craving something an have dry mouth an I drink lots of water.

The pain up an down my ascending large intestine feels like tons of liquid in or around it an lots of pain especially around appendix. Feels like stuff is getting stuck in that part of intestine.

What do I do my food won't break down I've tried juicing I need more.

Bitters?

I usually take lemon juice with meals to help digestion but I dint have the enzymes. Also taking slippery elm to heal that pain in my stomach which is getting slowly better.
