If people are in tune with their bodies, they *should* be able to hold their hands a few inches apart and *feel* the electricity between them.

People can feel this from my hands when I hold them an inch or two from their skin surface...

When you *pray* (call it what you will) for your food and drink to *restructure and tune into your frequencies* (always), hold your OPEN hands a half inch to an inch away from what you are about to consume and restructure it yourself - and *tune* it to your own body... do not accept it when tuned into something, or someone else without restructuring it first.

It only takes about 20 seconds to a minute or two... depending upon what it is, water content and density. Water is the fastest to restructure... followed by those things with the most water content in them, to the least.

Closed hands in *prayer* limit *your* ability to restructure things... open hands pointed away from you send *your frequencies* away, not necessarily wasting them, but is it what you want to do at the moment?

Indigenous people knew this... so did man at one time.
