Do you think this will affect the quality of organic name brand produce I've been buying, such as Bunny Luv carrots, Earthbound Farm, etc.?

I don't like the idea of growing a garden. I never had the knowledge of growing like my parents had and never wanted to get into it.

Do you think it will be possible for a man like me to be healthy on available organic foods if he doesn't want to have his own garden? Can some foods be left out of the diet in order to eat safer foods such as legumes?

I've eaten Organic Valley, Stonyfield brands many times.

Around here we have Earth Fare Natural Foods markets. I think they have about 17 stores in the SE USA.

At this time, this story is really depressing to me.
