Hi Sem

Thanks for your honesty. I appreciate your letting me know what you have read. It gives me hope.

I have a product that has Malic Acid (350 mg) & Magnesium Citrate (100 mg), can I use this or do you recommend I use straight Malic Acid?

And if I can use this product how would you recommend I take it: one times a day or 3 times or day or all at once?
