Chiron....I reread about the Honey, and you were right...
as you usually are.
What disturbs me most about this Forum is the lack of
seriousness from many of the Posters....I mean those who
have never fasted, suddenly beginning a 40-day Water Fast.
On my next fast, I'm shooting for 7 days....making it very
doable.
Again, the fast is important....but what one eats between
fasts is more important.....WY
