Read your site. So you lost 90 pounds and did you keep it off mostly for 4 years or so or did it start coming right back?

I am lucky I guess,did juice few shorter fasts few years back but did regain that weight. Think went 14 and 20 days forget already .

This time am doing water only but for me its been no problem really at all and am too impatient to do juice for 120 days or whatever. I am having hard enough time doing 40 on water not because its hard energy is fine and feel fine but because of the pure boredom of it. But will soldier on. Water of course loses weight about twice as fast as juice maybe even faster.

I put wife on juice fast for her first fast and she is on day 17 and doing ok. She has dropped think maybe 13 to 15 pounds hasn't weighed herself last few days.She was 199 so should be 187 to 185. Figure 150 is good for her she is 5ft 6 not sure how tall you are.You look pretty thin to me at 120 but I like my woman more high normal bodyfat don't like skinny or too althletic /bodybuilder type of women. My x was oriental girl and was 5ft and she was up to about 110 or so after few kids and looked fine to me. Lately when seen her she is under 100 and looks terrible. She is anorexic though.

I look at bodyfat more than weight. So many women try to be so thin. I don't think most guys like thin women. normal or even touch overweight is fine with me.

Anyway back to your fast.Best of luck juice fasting can be easier than water if you have the patience for it.

All the best on your fast. Also would add aerobics 5x week and weights 3 to 4 x week . 3x full body or 4 day split. Both of those will help burn it off faster and keep it off.
I plan to stick with that have been doing the 5x aerobics for year or more and weights more intermittently but mostly just maintained with that was still guess eating
too close to my burn rate. I maintained at 50% or so bodyfat 250 to 260 not good.Wife was maintaining at also similar bodyfat and 190 to 200 range. also not good.

I will try eat stop eat after this 40 days with the exercies and see how that goes.Not going to any radical diet. If get impatient after month or so on eat stop eat will fast again likely water again but hopefully shorter like 21 days or 30 max.Not much into every doing a 40 day again.
