Deepak Chopra advocates using sesame oil to rub into the skin as a massage. I do a variation for dry skin. In the winter time my skin does get very dry. I take any vegetable oil and simply rub it all over my body from head to foot. I leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then take a shower. You cannot wash all of it off, only the excess oil. Your skin will be baby skin soft.
Be it serendipity or coincidence, I had just finished showering after using some extra light olive oil I happened to have on hand when I read your post . It is well worth your time to do this.
