I used ARL labs for my test - they sent a booklet explaining the results. The thing is, reading individual levels can be misleading - it's the patterns and ratios they were reading. Their booklet told me about my adrenals and digestion and metabolism etc. I did the test very early on in my illness and what they said all proved to be the truth, so it was worth the expense (about £45 at the time).
