What you can do
I would advise these things somebody should do:
1. Get on an ssri or tca (if you hate pharma, use st john's wort) These have great immune system boosting properties.
2. Use methyl b12 sublingual from jarrow brand or enzymatic therapy brand at 2,000mcg per day at the very least. Use folic acid at 5x800mcg per day.
3. Nutrition, eat vegetables like brocoli, eat fruit like kiwis, eat steak, eat eggs, stay away from bread.
4. Meditate, or do something like amygdayla retraining.
5. Do very easy exercise, that you can easily recover from and feel 101% recovered from by the next day (you feel even better then next day!)
