Worried, many many new candida cotton balls

I cannot believe how many new candida cotton balls were flushed today...it seems they are repopulating as fast as I can remove them if not faster...is this normal? It is rather nerve wracking.

The new one is to the right of the old one in the picture...there were new medium ones, and a LOT of new small ones...The new ones have no roots, they are mostly the cotton balls without the dark root system...Another different thing happening is the older ones coming out are dark green...does this mean an entrenched colony is being driven out? Father up the intestinal tract?
