They will have Kelp at any health food store. The enemas should be good too. I would also suggest getting your digestive track moving if you have not already; switching to a higher fiber diet and adding psyllium husk. I'm assuming you are already on an anticandida diet as well. I noticed a large difference with that. Kelp should be like $5-$10 and psyllium husk should be around $10 or less. I would avoid bentonite clay if you have high levels of aluminum. Long use of it has lead some people to develop high levels of aluminum. I battle a Candida/mercury problem about a year and a half ago.
Mercury might not be a problem for you. I just know about three to four days into the herbs I developed a metallic taste in my mouth followed by vision problems, slight brain fog, fatigue and other symptoms related to mercury poisoning. Something about killing whatever in my digestive track had it released into my system. It had been hiding from over the years. I suspect because of all the mercury fillings I had slowly leaked into my body over time. I got a test for heavy metals during the cleanse and my mercury was off the chart. Mostly because it was in circulation. If it is embedded within other parts of your body and not your blood stream, not much of it will show up on the test. EIther way, I got A LOT of mercury out in two weeks and it was not a fun cleanse. This was also my first time on the herbs. I never developed that reaction again since then. But the best things I have noticed to help get stuff out that is free is exercise and water. Well, to assist with dieoff toxins with the herbs.
You can keep on killing it with herbs but until you figure out why it is overgrown in you, it will come back. By that I mean mercury was my problem. I would think of what is in your life which might be contributing to the growth and work on that along with the herbs. I would also consider ways to boost your body's immune system.
