Question-does juice fasting help rid parasites

I want to get rid of parasites in my colon and am looking at different things that might help. Has anyone every gotten rid of parasites with their juice fast? If so, what kind of juice fast did you do and how long was it until you saw restults. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!
