I think that both Humaworm and Barefoot's products are really good, they are the best, bar none, in my opinion. You may find that you will need more Zymex II is another product that we use with this program. This program is not cheap, but after the initial ordering you can order products as you need them. The members of this forum don't sell products. None of the main voices that I know sell products. We have all tried various programs, products, etc in our quests for health. Some of us were in worse shape than you when we started. Yes, you probably picked up some of your critters in China, but with the list that you mentioned I wouldn't lay all the blame in that direction. Any questionable kitchen conditions, unclean water, animals, bug bites, or unsanitary facilities could have contributed anywhere on your list. That is not the cause - we all have parasites; it is the terrain. The terrain is your body and it's condition. Something has to allow the parasites to take control. that is where the flush comes in. It really doesn't matter which herbs and supplements you take many products out there use the same or similiar herbs to those that Humaworm and Barefoot use. In fact, check that out for your self. Any naturapath or good herbalist should be able to provide with a list of the herbs and supplements. Humaworm has a list of ingredients on his web site. I think that Barefoot does, too or it may be in his newsletter. Yes, it is confusing - do some research on your own. More money doesn't always mean better product, sometimes it just means more money.
Regardless of which products that you use to kill the bugs, you will want to flush out the dead bugs and debris. That is where the coke liver flush comes in: The dead bugs will be filtered by your liver and will cause you not to feel so good. The liver flush will allow your body to move the stuff out and help you to feel better. all of this sounds scary, but you have arrived past the most scary point - realizing that these are parasites.
