What you need is a SYSTEMIC DEWORMER. BOTH BAREFOOT'S AND HUMAWORM ARE SYSTEMIC, MEANING THEY GET TO ALL PARTS OF THE BODY. Of course it works! But you have to STAY ON the dewormers with no time out IF YOU WANT TO KILL ALL THE BUGS. DON'T give them a chance to multiply by going off the dewormers until you are sure the main infestation is gone. Go on maintenance of every 3 days. There are stragglers that hide. YOu want to get those, too.

I might put some clove oil or oregano oil diluted on some skin bugs. You want to get them on location. Always dilute essential oils with kitchen oils like olive oil. Never water.

The possibility of you having other parsites in your body is great. Parasites and their eggs in your colon, the eggs in your bloodstream or in your liver, and the adult parasites in your liver and colon.

Do the program here. All of it. Don't stop until your colon and liver is clean. Do it at the speed your body says to do it with both the colon cleanse and the liver flushes. And do some reading about why what we do works. It's all over this forum, everywhere.
