i forgot to say that i do use 1/8th teaspoon boron in a quart of water and drink it throughout the day....

and i also take a zinc chelate with copper

thanks for reminding me NOT to take the magnesium with the zinc - i forgot!

i do have some 200mcg caps of l-selenomethionine in the cabinet - i will take 1 or 2 a day in addition to the brazil nuts.

i wonder if it would be a good idea to take the lugols/ vit c combination every other day and the magnescent/ SSKI on the other days?
