First... There are NO dumb questions!

Second... Everyone gets overwhelmed when they are new to something, ESPECIALLY when it is something that involves UNlearning things that they have believed to be truth/fact.

You have most likely "guessed" by now that I do posts filled with links. This forum does not have an easy SEARCH and LOCATE system... so I search posts and information and compile a post that contains LINKS to "LIKE TOPICS/CATEGORIES. It is one of the ways I learn about Natural Healing and the protocols followed on this forum and hopefully make it easier and QUICKER for others to locate the information they are seeking.

I may have already shared this post with you, but I will offer it now. It is a post that contains LINKS to the [FAQ] Working File Threads... and SOME related information that I periodlcally update when new related information is posted on the forum:

If you don't have it... save it to your favorites. It contains a wealth of information and HELP. When we are overwhelmed, it is often times too much to focus on the; "HOW" "WHAT" "WHEN" WHERE".

I hope you will find my links helpful and time saving. I know some people just see a long page of links and get overwhelmed... LOL! Trust me---there is a HUGE amount of knowledge and Natural Healing contained in those LINKS.
