Hi Uny,
ACV and Kefir Water will both space me out if I drink them too often. I can take a little raw Bragg's ACV every morning and do OK with it, but if I try taking it more often than that, I get spacey feeling. I think it has to do with the type of bad bacteria I have in my body. Could I wait until after I've cleansed a month or so to add ACV and Kefir water? I can't seem to get raw milk in this area so I think milk kefir is out of the question unless I use pasteurized, non homogenized milk. I'm thinking that after I get rid of some toxic *stuff* that I'll be more tolerant of ACV and water kefir, [hopefully].
I'm working hard to digest your post and order what I need from you to begin cleansing. Can you do me a little favor [if I can't get it together in the next day or so] and post a small list of things I need to order? I'll get coffee from SA Wilson. I opt to do the IP program as you recommend.
So far, on my list, I need to order :
Bee pollen
Superfood
Unyworm
IF1 and IF2
activated charcoal [I can take it away from HC, which I now seem to be down to 10 mg daily of and hope to be completely off of in 30 to 45 days].
I'm getting excited about this. Am ready and more than willing to devote to it.

You don't have to add water kefir at all (milk kefir has a lot more strains of microbiota).
Can you wait to start taking the things (like ACV) that will help you heal until after you've healed? :::grin & eyeroll::: You can do whatever you want, but I can't see how that kind of logic is gonna get any planes off the ground.
If you're in Tennessee, you are in a state where raw milk IS legal & available (here's where it's available in TN: http://www.realmilk.com/where5.html#tn
) And since I'm in a state where it's 100% illegal (and impossible for me to get unless I drive 2+ hours one way), I'm gonna call any one that lives in a legal state and won't drive 30-60 minutes to get it...a big fat whiner! LOL :o)
If you're going to do 'as suggested', here's what you need to add to your list for 30 days:
10 day Liver Cleanse
10 day Kidney Cleanse
1 2oz bottle of Liver/GB tincture to use as 'tongue bitters'
1 Bad Calcium/ kidney stone flush
8oz of Echinacea tincture
??? Anti-viral/Hep C tinctures (Chaparral, Poke root, Pau d' Arco suggested)
??? St John's Wort (anti-viral, mood, support Phase I liver detox)
??? Dr. Christopher's Adrenal/Glandular formula/tincture
Organic Ashwagandha root powder
Organic Milk Thistle Seed powder
Irish Moss (for natural magnesium)
I'm pretty sure that covers it, but be sure to 'double check me' :)

This is a reply to # 1,754,705You had Unyworm on your original list, so I didn't list anything you'd already listed.
The Live/GB tincture *may* be enough to "show up" a few parasites, but it's not enough to get into the mucoid plaque or beat them intestinally.
Remember, almost almost 100% of tinctures are going to absorb into the bloodstream through the mouth, stomach and duodenum, so if we need to treat something *directly* in our intestinal tract, it has to be something 'solid' or a liquid that's not alcohol based.
Example: cayenne tincture doesn't usually affect peristalsis, but the powder does.
This is one of the big reasons Dr. Schulze utilized tinctures was because such a vast majority of the folks he treated had some level of digestive issues and weren't assimilating/processing properly. Using tinctures makes SURE the herbs gets into the bloodstream :)

Can you give me an idea how much per month this might cost me, and for roughly how many months? I think I can afford much of it. I'm willing to sell my motorcycle if I have to in order to make this my first priority.

I've given you all the links to the various suppliers, and all the calculations for how much you need to order based on how much you'd be taking per day, etc...but I can't go to mine/other Storefronts and start adding items to carts for you and give you all the comparisons of prices and cost estimates. I've got LOTS of posts from people that have been waiting several days (or longer) for answers...and I'm pretty sure you agree they need their answers more than you need to me to 'put things in shopping carts' for you to come up with total prices from various suppliers).
Just fyi, if you'll be ordering anything from us, remember that our shopping cart doesn't "remember you or your cart", once you close the window. You can put things in the cart and take them out all you want, but when you close the window, what you've done is 'gone' (unless you placed the order). So be sure to print it out if you want to remember it without placing an order. Also, it's much easier to use the 'search box' than it is to go looking through the various folders to find what you're wanting.
'Sorry again, I just can't be your 'secretary/assistant'. I desperately need 2 or 3 of those myself...AND a basement full of Oompah Loompahs, too!

Second... Everyone gets overwhelmed when they are new to something, ESPECIALLY when it is something that involves UNlearning things that they have believed to be truth/fact.
You have most likely "guessed" by now that I do posts filled with links. This forum does not have an easy SEARCH and LOCATE system... so I search posts and information and compile a post that contains LINKS to "LIKE TOPICS/CATEGORIES. It is one of the ways I learn about Natural Healing and the protocols followed on this forum and hopefully make it easier and QUICKER for others to locate the information they are seeking.
I may have already shared this post with you, but I will offer it now. It is a post that contains LINKS to the [FAQ] Working File Threads... and SOME related information that I periodlcally update when new related information is posted on the forum:

I used to read many health books, but a few years ago I got so that I could not make myself read any more of that stuff, and the same went for websites, possibly because I was not in the health I wanted to be in and up to then none of what I read seemed to apply to me. I just ate things like grass fed beef burgers on Ezekiel bread with mustard and raw onion, and said "to heck with it. I'm going to enjoy food". With a history of ADD, tons of info can really seem daunting. I'm getting this into my head. I probably will ask other questions when I get all the herbs, etc., just to ascertain I'm doing everything right. Then I'll graduate from training wheels.
I have 4 of Schulze's books and I actually like reading his stuff. I was glad to see how confident he sounds, and I'd bet he's right about most things, so reading his stuff seems like time well spent. The same with info here on this website, but until I get better, I really have to study all this at the speed in which my deficient brain will allow me to. I have my work cut out for me and I'd bet it's going to help a lot.
I'm no longer using salt, and believe it or not, no more supps. No Mg in 3 days, no Vit C in 2 weeks [and I'm not going back on it] and I'm down to 10 mg of HC [which I can feel, but I don't think it's going to destroy me]. I just want OFF of that stuff and quit shooting in the dark with all that stuff and juggling 15+ supps at a time, most of which seemed worthless.. That wasn't healing, that was attempted band-aid solutions, but it didn't even do that successfully. Never again will I waste my time on that garbage. Truly, I've learned lessons already. When I get better, it'll reinforce my beliefs in all this stuff, which I'm already quite convinced about.

The Ashwagandha at P/B has a flavor that's way too intense for most folks to tolerate (although there have been 2 people that think it's 'better' than the Ashwagandha from M/R or Starwest).
Methinks with the HC and hormone issues that Ashwagandha IS essential at this point on your healing pathways; this herb is unpleasant tasting to everybody, but we don't EVER let our taste-buddies dictate our healing course of action.
I mix mine (1 heaping Tablespoon typically) with about 1/3-1/2 cup of apple juice/cider.

This is a reply to # 1,755,821...this is something you'll be taking as a powder mixed into water/juice (or whatever you'd like to mix it into). It's not going to be made into a tea...so make sure you get the powder and not the c/s (cut & sifted) root.

I know that spacey feeling all too well! And it seems to only occur when i ingest and/or do something that is healing and cleansing!
That's the part i'm struggling with at the moment; knowing that to cleanse and heal i've got to stir up all the toxic crap that's hiding away and like it or not i'm gonna feel like curling up in a hole and expiring. It's that got to get worse to get better thingy.
Once you start the IF#2, that will help so much with the spacey feeling. I also found the charcoal poultice over my liver really helps on the days when your body's releasing lots of nasties and castor oil packs at night over the liver helps too.
I have experienced alot of the 'symptoms' you have described while taking cayenne and raw garlic. But MY doctor within has interperated those 'side effects' as healing effects, it's a sign that they're working! And I get excited if my stomach grumbles and cramps up and i have to rush to the loo cause YAY it has increase pertilatis (sp?), and i'm cleansing and tomorrow my body will accept it alot better.
I think there is a process everyone has to go through to get healed and most of the time it is rough but the gain is so worth the ride!

Hi,
I do have faith in the program and all of you. I've seen forums that were full of confusion and people in all stages of wellness, taking all kinds of expensive things with all kinds of effects. This forum is is so much more organized with this program of healing. I remember one gal I used to kind of 'bind' with about diet, etc. She was healthier than all of us, a vegan, took ACV daily, did herbal cleansing, and I had no idea how she could be so well. I thought she was blood type A or something. Many people took her advice but I didn't believe in it. Now, I wish I had, because my way isn't working out as planned. I guess I had to try it see for myself.
The other day I was taking too much 90k cayenne and it was causing a lot of gas, and after smelling up my bedroom one night, I had a BM in the morning that made me feel like I was going to deliver a baby out of my hind end. So, I can see how cayenne plays an important part in the cleansing process. I'll keep taking as much cayenne as I can. Yes, the light at the end of the tunnel is going to make it possible for me to get on through this. I know my system really needs it, and I'm going to press on with it until I see undesirable things exiting my body and long after. They sure aren't going to go anywhere on their own.
