The MC always makes my skin feel great. Even as a guy I've gotten compliments from one of my GF about how smooth my skin felt. Roothie are you supplemeting with any EFA oils?? If not try try putting at least 2 tblsp of hemp or flax seed oil in your superfood drink daily. After a few weeks you notice how smooff and plyable your skin will be and your hair will have a nice sheen to it
On carrot juice I've read the all that beta carrotene is only fat soluble so I started adding hemp or flax oil when I have carrot juice. My killer combo recipe for carrot juice is carrots, celery, cilantro, red beets,apples, ginger. Add a coupla tblsp of hemp or flax oil and it make for some mighty powerful nutrition. It'll make ya wanna hug a tree .Yeowsa! ;+D I use to use parsley instead of cilantro but both for flavor and the fact that cilantro is a great chelating element for heavy metals I started using that. I've also been known to use spinach. If I happen to have all 3 handy I'll throw a little of each in to cover the green side of things. In the summer a really refreshing and nutritious "green juice" juice is celery ,cucumber, one or all of the above mentioned greens, apples (green) and the ever present ginger. Ginger always ads a little spicy kick and it's great for digestion.
