Re: Does cilantro draw mercury out of fillings?
Ginb4u, I eat a LOT of it, and I still have fillings. and I have read a lot obout it...
My take is, it's all good. Some years back, I think I made myself sick/crazy with all the talk/reading of mercury amalgams. Yes--in an ideal world,okay...
I don't have the money to have them all replaced, and I might lose the teeth anyway, as I am aging! (though I have new hope to have them regrow! I did have three sets of front teeth--which is said to be impossible... proving to me, much is possible)
I have a much different attitude these days, much simpler, and I happen to love cilantro. Pesto,...whatever...
I never notice anything bad from it. I will leave it to my betters to explain why its clawing effect is not (necessarily)
any problem. As always though, it depends on the general toxic burden--and personally I think it depends on the state of the liver, and the colon; largely. Oh--and the MIND. :-)
this last is the one we leave to last, sadly.
