I have OFFICIALLY reached 199 pounds! I happened to jump on the scale this evening and found out!! !!YAY!!

I have been exercising on my stationary bike 30 to 60 minutes each day depending on how I feel. I drink filtered water, zero calorie seltzers, and diet tea. I also chew Sugar free gum once in a while to keep it interesting. =)
