Excellent. Am on day 15 today and went from 258.8 to 233.8.
I have more to lose than you likely want to get to 160 but 180 or so might be ok for awhile.
I am on water ,bored no diet drinks, was taking some green tea caps for energy and to maybe speed up fat burning but cut back as read too much can be toxic. And 6 caps a day was like 18 cups of green tea!
So now take occasional one if feel too draggy. I do treadmill pretty much 5x week and sometimes my recumbent bike also but stopped weights until after water fast.
I also took some multivitamins and some extra vitamin d and calcium and some potassium few times.
I know the purists don't like anything at all on water but I am not doing this for religious reasons just to lose weight and help little health issues.
So far its been very easy really. No hunger past day 2 or so. No dizzyness that some get. Weakness here and there seems better last couple days and not even taking any green tea caps last couple days.
I am planning 30 to 40 days on water. Then not sure. Maybe week of
juicing week of water see how it goes.I am scared that should get down as far as can as usually you gain back maybe 5 or 10 right away and that can depress but if was down to 180 and went to 190 wouldn't be too bad.
But losing 25 is not going to give me the headroom I want.
So damn the torpedoes full speed ahead!
I think our weight loss looks pretty close as seem to now be losing about a pound a day and that would put me around 31
pounds off at day 22. Its too bad let myself get so high but what can you do.Tried normal stuff like exercise and lots of different diet ideas but nothing really did much was just mostly maintaining at 250 to 260 range. What a stupid range to maintain! So had to do something radical.Trick of course is keeping it off after and have some ideas on that. personally am going to try EAT STOP EAT it seems to make most sense to me or possibly some other variation of intermittent fasting.and of course will do aerobics and weights ,5x week for aerobics and 3x week for weights.
