Mo'replies - other post getting long
Super interesting about the Hep C juice fast. A note about that is, that lady was 210 when she started that, and had cirrhosis. I had biopsy of liver in 1990 and was found to have no inflammation or scarring. I wouldn't do another biopsy but MDs have examined my liver and said there is no inflammation, but I have some degree of fatty liver so scarring may now be there to some extent. I weigh about 160 right now. I'll add to this reply when I read more of your post, which I'm off to do right now.
This has put much hope into my life. It may take me a few days to figure out my next move. Don't forget I'm dealing with a partly functioning brain. :) I have visions of what life was like way back in the 80s when I felt so much younger inside and out. Can't bring back the deceased people I lost or reverse the poor decisions I made back then but I can bring back my former state of health, I believe. I do believe, and you helped me believe, and I thank you ever so much.

I had the chance to take interferon in 1990, but chickened out. I'm also a Genotype 1a, the most common Hep C genotype.

I don't think I was breast fed as a baby. I had a LOT of ups and downs as a child : ADD in school, was a poor student that wanted to stick spitballs to the ceiling more than study. Got poor grades and my Dad used to beat me for it, and I was VERY afraid of him. Bullies used to push me around a lot in school. They didn't like me for many reasons, one being that I didn't fight back, and the other because I created disturbances in class because I could not study with ADD but back then ADD was unknown.
I didn''t tolerate kefir water very good in the 90s when I last tried it. It was like raw ACV and made me feel spacey if I drank it too often. I'm not sure if I can find raw milk in this area like I used to be able to in NH. :)
