Good work! Interesting stuff. Answers to your questions :

I hope you'll find the information was 'worth the wait'...

Absolutely, and I'll be working on digesting all this starting right now. :)

Questions, and answers :

Age, Sex, Height/Weight (height/weight proportionate? under/overweight?)
Age 59
6' tall, 160 lbs.I'd say I'm a little underweight. If I put on 10 pounds of muscle, I'd probably look good.

Exercise daily? weekly? never? (how much, what type?)

I go to a gym 3+ times a week and do weight bearing machines and use treadmill or cross trainer for 2+ miles, briskly, or I walk briskly for 2 or 3 miles. I have a rebounder at home a cheap one], and an inversion table that I often use. I like to go to the gym first thing in the AM, about 6-6:30 AM, and I usually eat breakfast after this, about 9 or 10 AM.
Water:
--how much water do you drink daily? (what kind of water? tap; filtered -what kind of filter?-; reverse osmosis (RO); distilled; spring/mineral; other)

I drink about a quart of RO water daily at this time. I buy RO water at health food stores or in Kroger's RO water dispenser. I plan to get BPA free water jugs soon.

I have deionized water also, but was told to not add Concentrace to it, so I"m not sure if I should drink it now or not.

Other beverages (daily, occasionally): lemon juice with organic BSM [molasses]. Was drinking Dole pineapple juice often and/or other organic fruit juices but I've backed way off of that lately. Just got  a new Omega 8004 juicer.

Diet (in any given week) - please be as specific as possible:

Proteins for breakfast only [raw milk organic cheese, soaked almonds, low heated sprouted beans, with low starch, large salad and lightly steamed low starch veggies. Lunch and supper is all vegan, with Thermos cooked whole grains like oat groats, pearl barley, brown rice, millet, etc., steamed vegs, raw veg salads, soups, fresh and dried fruit. Maybe some cooked beans with grains.

--white sugar? No
white flour? No more - not even organic
white salt? Yes - refined white sea salt
--processed foods? None
--gmo frankenfoods (non-organic: soy/derivatives, corn/derivatives, canola/cottonseed oil, beet sugar) Actually I do eat non organic corn at times, (but I think I just stopped ;) )but not much lately. Have Tempeh in fridge but haven't had any lately, and I'll probably toss it away after seeing your opinion on it. I have no Canola oil.

--how many/what kind of fruits/veggies daily? (raw, steamed, cooked?) Lots - mostly organic, big raw salad for breakfast and other raw veggies and fruit later in the day. I'm about 50% raw. I eat lightly steamed cruciferous and other veggies daily. I'm trying to back off of fresh and dried fruit a little more - was kind of over eating fruit [with regard for low pesticide / safe fruit].

--dairy (what kind? how much?) Currently I eat about 1 oz of raw milk organic cheese with breakfast - that's it though. It dosn't seem to cause much or any mucus, if I'm not mistaken.

--meat (what kind? how much?) None at present. Had broiled wild salmon a few days ago. Considering canned sardines when the raw milk cheese is finished.

--oils & fats (what kind? how much?) Lots of organic EV coconut oil, 2-3 TBS daily, 1 tsp of  EVOO, 1/2 avocado daily, coconut meat often, 1 or 2 TBS of soaked nuts/seeds for breakfast

--what percentage of the above is organic? Almonds are not organic but most others are. I eat commercial fruit/vegs only if I know it's  naturally low in pesticides [avocado, broccoli, asparagus, etc.]

Do you use a microwave oven? If so, how often? Got rid of it 7 years ago.

How "wired or un-wired" are you at home and at work? Not bad [IMHO]
Cell phone? Not me
WiFi? Nope
Cordless phone (what mHz or gHz? DECT?); I have a good old fashioned corded phone with MagicJack. :-)
other wireless toys & gadgets? No wireless anything.

Are you exposed to chemicals in the home or workplace frequently?  If so, what? No. For many years I've used natural cleaners / scent free soaps. I now use Ecos and BioKleen laundry detgs. I use essential oils to scent anything.

Allergies (food, chemical, drugs, other): None that I know of at this time. Was food allergic in the 80s but I seemed to outgrow that.

Food "reactions": I don't seem to do well with honey or molasses added to solid food [unless it's in baked foods, which I don't eat any more], but can drink it in lemon juice in water between meals OK.

Pharmaceutical drugs (current/past): HC and T shots right now. Haven't taken meds in many years. Took anti depressants for a week or two about 7 years ago. In the early 80s / late 70s I took Tricyclics & MAO inhiboitors off and on for a year or two, and Lithium for a few months.

Over The Counter drugs (current/past): VERY few, if any, for decades.

Drugs "other" (current/past): I used to like 'speed' at times because it seemed to lift my depression but never had an addiction to anything but cigarette smoking, which I quit in 1985.

Supplements (please be as specific as possible as include 'name brands' and amounts taken): I stopped taking most all of them. The only things I take as of now are Magnesium Malate [Thompson brand, 200 mg tablets, 2 to 3 daily], NSI Vit D3 -- 2000 IU daily, Nature's Way Vit A 10,000 IU every other day or longer, and NSI Vit E 400 IU 2 or 3x a week.

Other current therapies, cleanses or protocols: None. I don't chelate any more with ALA or EDTA.

What, if anything, are you are doing or taking now that is yielding positive results?  I benefit from Cayenne and I now take 3/8 tsp 3x daily of 90,000 HU.

What, if anything, have you done in the past that yielded negative results? I got benefit from coconut oil [began taking that about 10 years ago. Before CNOil, I could only tolerate small amounts of fruit, but after using CNOil, I can eat unlimited amounts of fruit.]

Recent vaccines: Tetanus shot a few years ago[?]

How many bowel movements daily/weekly? (color, consistency, etc) Since using cayenne, I get at least 2 daily, sometimes as many as 3 or 4, usually brown, floating, soft, and formed

Do you have a juicer? (if so what kind? centrifugal; single auger; masticating; if you don't know, what's the brand/model?) I just got a new Omega 8004. This thing ought to give me lots of good nutrirents from greens, etc.

Current Health Issues (the more details, the better!):Chronic Hep C and GI dysbiosis/toxicity that has not responded much to attempts to heal it. am in general very good health. NMD says my blood work is awesome, FWIW. Have had worsening eczema on head/scalp for 15+ years. Genova NutrEval test 2.5 years ago said I had elevated bad bacteria [Klebsiella and C Freundii] and no or very little good bacteria like Bifidus Longum.

Can't jog like I could in the 80s. Magnesium levels have collapsed if I over exert myself by too much jogging or hard work. Have had borderline low Mg for many years. I could jog a mile at a time in the 80s and loved it.

Have a history of low gastric HCl output. Could never eat too much meat by itself or it would hurt my colon on the way out of me. I had to eat at least 2/3 vegs with the meat.

If you've consulted any type of practitioner, what did they determine or suggest?  Do you agree? They didn't suggest anything, mostly just monitor my hormones, minerals, vitamins, etc.  A lady in Seattle wanted me to take a bunch of new supps and take T shots once a week, which I refused to do. Have had my fill of trial and error, throwing money away on supps that don't work or make me ill.

Have you ever done any "cleansing"? (colon, liver, kidney, etc); if so, when and what type/product & results? I had a Colema board about 10 years ago. Also did CEs, and a liver flush or two with grapefruit juice, olive oil, and Epsom Salts. TTYTT, I never noticed any benefit from it that I can recall, or it wasn't enough to make me want to stick with any of it. I tended to think CZ's cleansing info was made for someone else. It all confused me, and still does. I know there's GOT to be effective ways for me to cleanse but I tried some of it and saw no visible effect. Have also done Castor Oil packs with no visible benefit. Have taken Colosan.

I used to juice fast once a week and used to feel better when I did, but stopped because I thought I may need solid food more. I once juice fasted for 5 days, if I remember right. I've owned about 8 juicers over the years and just got a new Omega 8004. I'd usually buy them cheap on eBay and sometimes make money on them when/if I resold them.

What other types of allopathic, alternative or natural therapies or protocols have you tried (if any)? results? Ozone therapy. I have an ozone generator that cost me $1800 that I can't seem to get $1000 for now. It did help a little, I think, but again, it seemed to NOT be the type of therapy I was looking for, or a waste of my time. I mostly drank ozonated water but also did rectal and IV ozone infusion -- years ago. I doubt I'd do that again.

Have had about 12 IV Vitanmin C infusions, which made me have a better appetite for about a day after, and that was about it, so I haven't had any more of them.
Have had acupuncture about 6 times, which had very limited results. Again, it seemed to not be the therapy I really needed, like I was missing the forest for the trees, like it was better than nothing to get acupuncture over no therapy at all.

Past issues, drugs, surgeries that you think may be contributing to current issues? Had my 18 amalgam fillings replaced with non metal ones in 1986. I have 3 root canals at this time [I got them a few years ago].

Any major changes in diet, supplements, drugs, stress-levels, location, lifestyle recently? results? Get more energy from food combining and low stress proteins starting last October,  but you said this might be a band-aid solution and I wouldn't doubt it..

Are you aware of the difference between "alternative medicine" and truly natural healing? I'm more aware of the difference since coming here to your forum.

What do YOU think & discern is wrong (and why?) I think, and hope, it's internal toxicity that bogs me down mentally and physcially [as well as poorly functioning organs that you suggested, which makes very good sense to me] but I haven't really known what to do about it. Chelating Hg with ALA was a lame atempt to get better, but I recently realized [when I came here after googling cayenne, after reading that cayenne is highly beneficial for my blood type at the D'Adamo forum] that chelating is not a natural therapy, and that my organs are *most likely* not working right. I didn't get the benefit from ALA that I had hoped for. It did improve my mental functioning quite a lot but I think proper cleanising can and will do a lot more for me than ALA chelating did, and in a lot less time. Schulze's Incurable's 30 day book says IF 1 and IF 2 can remove mercury from the colon, and if I have a lot of Hg in my colon, these herbs can cause me to remove it a lot faster than ALA, IMHO.. If I get the benefit from cleasing I'm hoping to get, I don't plan to ever go back to chelating. I won't need it. Instead, periodic cleanses will be my preferred way of staying well.

I'm not trying to completely wipe out Hep C - that would be pointless. I do think I can be very healthy with Hep C. It's kind of like HSV [which I don't have], and people can thrive with it if they take good care.
