1st Liver Flush Results: Not sure if a success or if Flushing is Worth it
I just completed my first flush. I used the
Hulda Clark protocol, did a
parasite cleanse prior and drank plenty of Apple juice days leading up to the flush. The day of was not too bad. The ES was a lot easier to down than I had expected, although as soon as I was done with the 2nd dose I was going to the bathroom what seemed like every 10 minutes. Between that and after the OO/grapefruit juice, I probably expelled a good gallon worth of liquid waste! The night was rough, even though I had taken 7 Ornithine pills. I was getting up to the go the bathroom several times up until 1AM, and couldn't fall asleep till about 3! I woke up around 8:30 to take my first ES dose, fell back asleep, and woke up fairly late, around 12:30, in which I decided to do a salt water flush instead of the last dose of epsom... this is because at this point I felt very weak and dehydrated and if I took one more epsom dose, I thought I might faint!
Instead I took 2 teaspoons of
Sea Salt and drank about 32
ounces of water. About 1:30, this is when the fun starts... My first trip to the bathroom, mostly just butt pee, though saw a bunch of tiny green specs (about 2-3mm in diameter). Then after another half hour or so I returned this time expelling about a gallon of liquids etc, which this time included some larger green balls, between .5cm, and 1.2cm in diamter. In total not including the tiny 2mm green specs, I counted about 50 green 'balls'. I call them balls, well simply b/c I cannot confirm if they are
Gallstones or not. I put on some gloves and pick up a bunch and they all seemed pretty soft and smushed easily between my fingers. They look kind of like these, although smaller, and less irregular shaped (mostly smoothly round or oval):

I talked to a friend of mine and he said if they really were
Gallstones they would be far more solid than that, & I wouldn't be able to 'smush' them so easily. So if these aren't gallstones, what did I flush out?
Right now I'm questioning whether flushing is worth it or not as I really don't feel much of a difference after having done it. The weakness and dehydration experienced from all the ES was a bit bothersome, and while I felt immensely better after the flushing was done, the great relief experienced I could parallel to the relief you would get after the pain goes away from kicking yourself in the balls!
