I'd say you're pretty much to blame for that - as people say here, you must do your own research. And also, you mention taking supplements without the advice of a professional. Then why not go to a professional, get a diagnosis and treatment from a professional?

I had no choice in 2009, no one understood a thing about what was going on with me. But as soon as I could, I rushed to the US to a naturopathic clinic to get treated and it succeeded. I am fully better.

But self diagnosis, self treatment, don't work. Unless you're not that sick; but if you are really sick, you need to go to a proper doctor, and put yourself in his hands.

As far as am concerned, this forum is for discussing our personal experiences, comparing, finding out what works and what doesn't, what's out there. But I don't think it's useful for diagnosing, understanding your symptoms or treating yourself.

I made that mistake last year, thinking I had candida (I do have it for 15 years, but last year, it wasn't my main problem at all).

I think this is why people stay sick and never get better on this forum. They try to self diagnose and self treat. Am sure that most people here DO NOT have parasites, and DO NOT have candida.

You have to make sure what is the cause of your symptoms - even many causes. And this is done through medical testing, no other way. I had one million symptoms and didn't know what was what, it was the doctors job to determine which various causes were the source of which symptoms.

Talking on forums can give you some directions, but for definite answers, you go to a doctor. A good one hopefully. And doing research on these forums and on the internet will help you understand more what's going on. But you don't medicate and diagnose form these forums.
