C support, quantum, and liponano are those different forms of vitamin c's? I got confused there as I have never heard of them.
Also wanted to know if oatmeal and brown rice are safe to eat and if you or anyone knows a great protein substitute as I have much difficulty in digesting meat and pork, chicken, and beef tend to bloat me something terrible as well. I love fish, but the high sodium content swells me badly too. I wish there was a way to take the sodium out of fish or at least most of it. I love fish. Nuts bloat me and give me heartburn. Would yogurt and eggs be acceptable? I do o.k. with those in moderation.
