Agree. This is why I think it might be good to have these discussions on the Natural Hygiene forum. That is the umbrella that they come under, naturally. The trouble is -and always has been, in my view- that unless people come here, do a Water Fast AND read the older Natural Hygiene literature that say, ChrisB was always linking to and referencing, they will not likely be looking at a forum called Natural Hygiene.
Lots of newer posters are not even aware of the long history of NH.

I wish dearly that I'd come across its teachings decades earlier. I firmly believe they should be taught in "Health class", in primary school, but such a society would be revolutionary, sadly. Again, one has to remark, the name sounds- well, decidedly unsexy. uncool. Unless some visionary souls could see revisioning it! Bringing it to light, in much the way the formerly horrific word "Queer" was dusted off and enjoyed a time of revolution in many people's thinking via "Queer Nation". Sorry if that seems off-topic. To me it's very key to this whole subject of a Nutritarian forum.

C
