There are herbal bitters that you can take right before meals to stimulate bile flow...gentian, Wormwood , and oregon grape root come to mind. Look into them. Raw apple cider vinegar in water before and with meals will help. Also taking lecithin with meals (I mix mine into raw milk kefir and also pudding that I make with coconut milk) will help increase bile production and bile flow. Taking milk thistle, turmeric and artichoke leaf will help long term to increase bile production. A few Liver Flushes will help as well, if you are willing to do them.
