Cooked coconut flour/oil is an anti-food. Wish I could put it more elegantly, but the richness of the oil is turned into an irritating gut bomb when the fats are broken under heat. I'd stick with the oil swishing orally, some topical application especially around thyroid, and lay off ANY cooked coconut, OK? You can wipe out allergic reactions with pure Vitamin C, ascorbic acid, as found in Emergen-C. Steady on and avoid any diet extremes, please. Thanks.
