Um, I am just beginning SCD, but I went at it with my food 'sensitivities' in mind.
I went for testing a number of years ago, and am trying like mad to remember.
My suggestion for you is to go to a good and thorough clinic and get tested so you have the list right in front of you. (Mine is in storage...gr-r-r.)
Then follow the program like clockwork, dropping all of your own sensitivities, as well.
Later, you can experiment taking things back...a bit at a time.
Are you using coconut as a substitute for milk, etc.?
How about almonds, raw cashews, or other things?
Perhaps if you dropped all coconut for a day or so you'd soon know more.
This business of eating 'socially' is a tough nut to crack.
I've run into many who won't budge on their 'preferences'.
It's a real pain in my relationships, sometimes. But, I have lots of relationship experience...and have learned to change my own preferences at the drop of a hat.
I went on the modified SCD with ease.
(Don't tell anyone that I go through a 'bread fit' where I need a deviled egg sandwich every once in a while. Maybe it is better to begin this kind of program with self-tolerance...ease into it.)
I know that my improvements were instantaneous.
Get yourself tested by a clinic that knows what it is doing. Mine was $200, but a long time ago. They also told me that I could bring in a sample of anything I wanted tested, in a clean jar. Someone else told me that a new plastic zip-lock bag is sterile.
My best,
