Okay. Back again. I reread my message, and realized it sounded like I was lecturing you. I wasn't. Just throwing out ideas to consider.
You said you needed to fast because of various health challenges. I don't want to get too personal, but are these health challenges only fixable by water fasting? Have you considered alternatives?
If you wish to share your health issues, fine. If not, I totally understand. Even I haven't fully shared why I'm fasting. There's a deep seated reason within me that I don't think anyone here would get. So I've kept it to myself.
Are you fasting for weight issues? Forgive me, but I've forgotten your previous posts.
I'm worried for you, and I'm sorry if that sounds condescending.
If I'm to be truly frank with you I'd have say that fasting seems to have become something for you that perhaps it's not intended to be, something it can't be. Like a rescuer from all that ails you.
I really don't think it can do that. I don't think it can take you to emotional well-being.
But no matter what, if you decide to give this another shot, by all means go for it. You have tons of support here. But, please, please, be gentle and forgiving with yourself.
Also, keep me posted, even if you decide to quit. And if you still don't want us to think it's okay, then I promise to berate you for your failures! Ha! (Just kidding)
