Ted's work has been on my registor for a long time. I admire his analysis but have little time for his solutions.

As we have previously discussed and I have raised with Ted Trainer permacutlure is excellent in theory but too poor in practice to offer genuine solutions. The solutions for many of these issues will come from practice not from the theorectical overlay that permaculture swamps many people's understandings with.

I see little in the transition towns platform to raise hopes.
And Ted's take on that is naive to my mind.
