Great to know that there are people like you about.Problem is that out here things posted out here take weeks and weeks to clear customs. Might take me 6-7 weeks to get the package (after it arrives in the country!) if I get it at all. Good luck with the cleanse. It's great stuff, isn't?

Will check to see if c p is available under other names. Not that optimistic, but will try.

@Sherri: Kasmiri Mirch sounds interesting. Will look into it.

@Pepe:What's your opinion on the above as a subsitute for c p? Could you recommend any other subsitutes? I know you've been on here years ( appreciate your service mate!); if you don't know of any, I don't suppose there any.
